OUR FOUNDER
Hi, My name is Bob. I founded the Leadership Pack, because having gone into multiple organisations in my time as a management consultant I noticed the same thing repeatedly - really talented people put into leadership positions who just weren't equipped with the skills to be successful - the problem is we promote people generally based on their performance in their current role. But leadership is a skill - and it can be learned, and coached.
Whether you are an individual who wants to take the next step in their journey into leadership, or an organisation who recognises the talent in their people, but doesn't know how to unlock it - we can help.
