Generating confidence in a new manager
When the owner of the company approached us, she had been searching for leadership and management training for her senior office manager for some time, but hadn't found anything suitable.
We designed a 3 month package which was designed to:
1. Build self awareness so that the client could understand their strengths
2. Teach and apply practical leadership skills
3. Explore their values, beliefs and experience to build an authentic leadership approach
4. Create a tangible product - the Leadership Intent, that they could use to help direct staff and explain upwards how they were going to tackle business issues.
5. Build an action plan to keep the progress going over the next 18 months.
The outcome surpassed the expectations, not just of the business owner themselves (as you can see from the testimonial) but also from the client.
