We can deliver group packages to a minimum of three people.

The group packages contain the same learning content as our standard individual package, but delegates learn together as a group gaining insight from each other as well as coaches from the Leadership Pack.

Each individual will get a full DISC personality report which they use to explore their strengths and preferences.

We use a coaching approach to help them decide on their own path forwards as leaders.
